The Psychology Department has approximately 110 graduate students in three graduate programs: a basic science program in Experimental Psychology, with concentrations in Cognitive and Development Science, Social, and Neuroscience and Behavior, and two nationally accredited, applied doctoral programs, in Clinical Psychology and in Counseling Psychology. The field of clinical psychology is growing as the need for educated professionals with an advanced degree continues; due to its flexibility, many are considering an online master’s in clinical psychology.
